Generally unframed prints, canvas prints and HD metal wall art will be shipped out within a week of payment being received. Add an extra two days for framed canvases and framed HD metal prints.
Acrylic prints take a little longer to produce, allow three weeks from receipt of payment for production.
Framed prints can take three to four weeks to produce.
Allow extra time for shipping.
Longer than usual turn around times will occur during peak periods.
Please contact us if you require an item within a specific time frame.
Our artwork is carefully packaged for shipping, however in the event you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item is clearly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us straight away.
All of our wall art is printed to order, and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
We highly recommend utilizing our free mock-up service to assist you with your choice and to give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space before you place your order.

At this time we are only offering international shipping for unframed prints. A flat rate of $35 applies for all overseas shipping.
