To order your frame, simply add a note to the shopping cart upon checkout with your preferred frame type. If you are unsure, leave it blank, and we will be in touch with you to help make the best choice for your print and your decor.

NB. The specified dimensions refer to the print size, not the outer edge of the frame.

Shipping:

Free Australian shipping on orders over $150

Flat rate of $15 for Australian shipping for orders less than $150

At this time we are only offering international shipping for unframed prints. A flat rate of $25 applies for all overseas shipping.

Returns:

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us straight away.

Change of Mind

All of our wall art is printed to order, and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

We highly recommend utilizing our free mock-up service to assist you with your choice and to give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

Mock Up Service:

Not sure what size or print type to order?

We understand it can be hard to imagine what your art will look like in your home. We encourage you take advantage of our complimentary mock-up service and take the guess-work out of choosing your wall art.

Simply take a few photos of your space, and email them to us at info@juliesisco.com.au, along with any preferences or instructions. We will then put together a mock up for you, which will give you an idea of the sizing and the look of your wall art in your room.

It is very helpful if you can blue-tak an A4 piece of paper to the wall (this will help us with the sizing), and try to take the photo as straight-on to the wall as possible (to help avoid perspective issues).
